Devonshire Red Caesar Salad
Ingredients
- 350g of cooked Devonshire Red chicken breast fillet - cold
- 6 Rashers of cooked crispy grilled rashers - cold
- 120g mayonnaise
- Finely chopped clove of garlic
- 3 anchovy fillets
- 20g fresh parmesan cheese shavings
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Olive oil
- Little gem lettuce leaves
- lightly fried croutons
Directions
- Place the gem lettuce around the edge of the serving dish
- Thinly slice the chicken breast fillets
- Roughly chop the bacon
- Place chicken slices and bacon pieces on top of the gem lettuce and add parmesan shavings
- Place mayonnaise into a mixing bowl, add garlic, anchovies and lemon juice
- Mix well, adding a little olive oil
- Pour the dressing over the top and finish with the croutons
